Martin A. Meisberger

President

Mr. Meisberger holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
Marty joined Monarch in 1993 serving as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator, and Vice President of Estimating prior to taking on the role of President.
In addition to serving as President, he continues to lead the estimating department.

Matthew J. Grandstaff

Executive Vice President

Mr. Grandstaff holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati.
Matt joined Monarch in 1999 serving as Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Vice President of Field Operations prior to taking on the responsibility of Executive Vice President.
He leads our team as the Corporate Lean Champion and continues to lead all field operations.

Ronald A. Koetters

1937 - 2017

Mr. Koetters founded Monarch Construction Company in 1963 and remained active for the remainder of his life. Ron obtained Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was a Professional Engineer, registered Surveyor and a commissioned reserve Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Ron was a passionate entrepreneur that took pride in building an outstanding construction company. He worked tirelessly to better his Company, employees and community. His competitiveness and determination to succeed, while exceeding the expectations of our clients, remain a part of our culture.
