• This 203,000 sf mostly reinforced concrete framed structure is located in the heart of the historic Miami University’s Campus.
• The student center serves as a hub for student activities, providing spaces for large events and performances, student organization offices, lounges and study areas, and 24-hour food service.
• The project combined the renovation of two existing buildings laid out in a horseshoe pattern, with the construction of the facility in the center
• This project received LEED Silver Certification.
