• The project consisted of 260,000 sf of additions to a state-of-the-art health-care facility operated by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. It also included the renovation of an existing healthcare facility.
• The construction was of five new healthcare buildings and two mechanical buildings.
• Also included in the project was the removal of four existing buildings and site improvements once the demolition occurred.
