  • The utility plant is scheduled to contain 13 chillers, 16 cooling towers, 12 boilers, 8 chilled water pumps, 7 combined heat and power pumps, 5 hot water pumps, 4 air compressors, 3 air separators, 2 steam boilers, and reverse osmosis system.
  • The building will house several offices, a collaboration room, lockers, and a control room for the employees who will run and maintain the equipment and operations of the plant.
