Hobart Arena

• 78,000 sf arena.
• Includes a 26,000 sf addition and 52,000 sf multi-phase renovation to the city’s historic arena.
• A unique challenge on this project was that the arena had to remain functional for events such as concerts, the circus, and sporting events.
• Some of the improvements made to the arena were updated public spaces including a wider concourse, additional concession stands, new multipurpose room, new locker and dressing rooms, steel rigging improvements over the arena, and overall architectural, mechanical and electrical systems replacement.
