NASIC Intelligence Production Complex

• The NASIC project is truly a state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
• This project consisted of a new 150,000 sf addition and a multi-phased phased 90,000 renovation.
• This facility incorporates significant electrical and HVAC redundancy for extraordinarily high electrical and mechanical loads to provide increased reliability.
• The basement of the addition is highly secure and contains large multi-functional laboratories for physical and chemical research including a personal decontamination system with a large HVAC unit to provide pressurization and chemical, biological, and radiation (CBR) filtration.
• The first floor contains a new classified tier 2 data/lab center, a 500 seat auditorium, a new dining area, and additional mechanical space.
• NASIC, which stands for National Air and Space Intelligence Center, was a design-build project that entailed top security standards involving secure compartment information facilities (SCIF) and top secret information and communications networking.
• The building complies with DoD minimum anti-terrorism/force protection construction standards.
