• Building 10 provides student services for Sinclair Community College.
• Renovations include new energy efficient mechanical systems, lighting, and windows.
• The project created a large, multi-story atrium by removing a large piece of the second floor post-tensioned concrete slab from the center of the building. This space provides a bleacher style theatre for prospective students to view promotional and informational videos important for students making their college selection.
• The new layout provides better access to more open departments for the Bursar, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and Placement Testing along with a modern coffee bar and seating area complete with a fireplace.
