9-story, 189,644 sf new engineering research facility located in the center of the University of Cincinnati. This educational research laboratory facility contains engineering laboratories, biological laboratories, chemistry laboratories, clean rooms, cold rooms, lecture halls, and office space. The building was designed to resemble an engine.

141,350 sf state-of-the-art Health Science building. Includes a 61,180 sf addition and 80,170 sf renovation to the Ned J. Sifferlen Center. This project will allow Sinclair Community College to consolidate their health science programs from ten building scattered around campus into one centralized location.

190,000 sf addition and renovation of the student services facility at Morehead State University. The student center includes unique dining options such as Chick-fil-A, Moes, Starbucks, Steak ‘n Shake, and a custom sports bar, as well as a theater, ballroom and conference center. LEED Silver Certified

400,000 sf new multi-purpose sports facility and parking structure at Miami University. The sports facility consists of two NHL regulation ice rinks. The arena bowl has 3,000 fixed stadium-style seats, 200 club seats, 40 private box seats, roughly 500 standing room only seats. The 700 car parking structure is a cast-in-place, post-tension design.

210,000 sf new business school at Miami University. This educational building contains business classrooms, study rooms, two auditoriums, a trading room, rooms for mock trials, and also a large common space with dining. The Farmer School of Business is LEED Silver Certified.

This 203,000 sf mostly reinforced concrete framed structure is located in the heart of the historic Miami University’s Campus.
